Course Description

The ISO 22301 Lead Auditor course is designed to develop the knowledge and practical auditing skills required to plan, conduct, lead, and report audits of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301.

This course provides a complete understanding of BCMS requirements, including organizational context, leadership, planning, operational controls, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) validation, continuity strategy assessment, business continuity plans, incident response structure, exercising and testing evaluation, and continual improvement. Learners will gain hands-on exposure to audit planning, checklist preparation, audit interviews, evidence collection, identifying nonconformities, and preparing professional audit reports aligned with ISO 19011 auditing guidelines.
