Course Description
The ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course is designed to provide professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to plan, implement, operate, and continually improve a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with the ISO 22301 standard.
This course covers the full BCMS implementation lifecycle including defining scope and context, establishing leadership commitment, performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessment, continuity strategies, business continuity plans, incident response structure, testing and exercising programs, and performance evaluation. Learners will also understand documentation requirements, internal audits, corrective actions, and how to prepare an organization for ISO 22301 certification.
