Course Description
The ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSM) Lead Auditor course is designed to develop the knowledge and practical auditing skills required to plan, conduct, lead, and report audits of an IT Service Management System (SMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000.
This course covers the structure and requirements of ISO/IEC 20000, including service management governance, service design and transition, service delivery, incident and problem management, change enablement, configuration management, service level management, supplier management, and continual improvement. Learners will gain hands-on exposure to audit planning, checklist preparation, audit interviews, evidence collection, identifying nonconformities, corrective action verification, and preparing professional audit reports aligned with ISO 19011 guidelines.
