Course Description
The ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSM) Lead Implementer course is designed to provide professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to plan, implement, operate, monitor, and continually improve an IT Service Management System (SMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000.
This course covers implementation-focused activities including defining service management scope, establishing governance and policies, building service management processes such as incident management, problem management, change enablement, configuration management, service level management, supplier management, and continual improvement.
