Course Description
The ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer course is designed to provide professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to plan, implement, operate, monitor, and continually improve an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001.
This course focuses on implementation activities such as defining the organizational context, establishing AI governance structures, building policies and procedures, performing AI risk assessments, implementing controls for fairness, transparency, explainability, and security, and managing the AI lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring. Learners will also understand how to establish performance metrics, conduct internal audits, manage nonconformities, and prepare for certification.
